According to the study realised by Naef Prestige Knight Frank, with whom we are currently working on a project, Verbier is the ski resort with the best ski slopes conditions (orientation, snow pack, altitude...) in France and Switzerland.
Indeed, with its high altitude and north oriented slopes (even though the resorts benefits from an incredible sun exposure), the ski conditions are almost garanteed to be of high quality; allowing skiing enthusiasts to fully enjoy the mountain all winter.
According to the article published in the Watson journal, the snow conditions of a ski resort is a major criteria when it comes to purchasing a property in the mountains. Additionally, ski resorts that are open year-long, like Verbier, have been outperforming in terms of sales/purchases of chalets and apartments.
